Media Accreditation (excluding TV / videos)
Hello and welcome to the media accreditation platform of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.
We thank you for your interest in covering the 94th édition of 24 Hours of Le Mans, which will take place on 10 and 14 June 2026.
Accreditation requests can be made directly and exclusively online on this website.
Each request must be individual and personalized - BEFORE 11 MAY
Please note : 2026 FIA WEC permanent passes must be accredited for the event. Only the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2026 tabard are accepted on the event. Teams photographers must apply for accreditation via this form.
Here is how to do it :
- Complete the accreditation form in full.
- Attach an engagement letter.
The editorial office or agency must provide a letter of assignment on be half of each person to be accredited on the media's letter head, describing the activity and indicating the name of the journalist/photographer who will be covering the 24 Hours of Le Mans. If you are a freelance journalist or photographer, you must be commissioned by a media outlet, driver, team or official partner. - For photographers, in addition to the assignment letter, professional liability insurance to cover "mass events (on the circuit)" is imperative.
For all media accredited, it's possible to capture non-live content in the general admission, paddock and garage (if authorized by the teams). All other filming area requests (race, circuit, pitlane, etc.) are subject to the purchase of media rights. Please contact Nathalie Fargier (n.fargier@fiawec.com) for accreditation.
Steps in the accreditation process :
1. Application complete, finished and registered. This online registration is not a confirmation of accreditation. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
2. Processing of applications.
3. Sending of a confirmation or non-validation email concerning the accreditation request. No accreditation will be validated and confirmed before Tuesday, 28 April 2026 in the first instance and Wednesday, 13 May 2026 in the second instance.
