24 HEURES CAMIONS 2025

Media Accreditation

Hello and welcome to the media accreditation platform of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.

We thank you for your interest in covering the 24 Heures Camions 2025, which will take place on 20 and 21 September.

Accreditation requests can now be made directly and solely online on this website until 10 September 2025. No accreditation will be granted after this date.

Each request must be individual and personalized.

Here are the steps to follow:

1.   Fill in the accreditation form in full.

2. The editorial office, agency or team must provide a letter of assignment on behalf of each person to be accredited on the media's letterhead, describing the activity, indicating the name of the journalist/photographer to cover the 24 Hours of the Truck, as well as information on the media's circulation. If you are a freelance journalist or photographer, you must be commissioned by an official media or team.

3.   For photographers, in addition to the assignment letter, provide professional liability insurance to cover mass events.

 Steps in the accreditation process :

1.     Application complete, finished and registered. This online registration is not a confirmation of accreditation.
An automatic email will be sent to the address provided during the registration process to confirm receipt of your application and inform you that the application will be processed. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

2.     Processing of applications.

3.     Sending of an email confirming or temporarily or definitively refusing the application for accreditation.

 Additional information :

Tabards

Insurance with the mention "circuit photographer" is compulsory for the award of the tabard.

Scooter

Scooter passes with access to service roads are very limited. Please ask for them.

Media shuttles are available for tabards wearers.

Parking

Media parking passes are limited. Please request one. Camper van are not allowed in the media parking lot. Please contact the ticketing office to purchase a “camping area” ticket.
