GP EXPLORER - THE LAST RACE

Hello and welcome to the media accreditation platform of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.
Thank you for your interest in covering the third edition of GP EXPLORER - The Last Race, which will take place on October from 3rd to 5th.

Accreditation requests can be submitted now and exclusively online through this site until September 10th.
No accreditation will be granted after this date.

Each request must be individual and personalized.

Here is the procedure to follow:
  • Fully complete the accreditation form.
  • Only for journalists: attach a copy of a valid press card (please indicate if a press card doesn't exist in your country).
  • Only for photographers: in addition to the letter of assignment, provide professional liability insurance that covers large-scale events, explicitly mentioning your work as a photographer.
Acccreditation process:

  • Step 1: Request submitted and registered.
Please not that this online registration doesn't confirm an accreditation.
An automatic email will be sent to the adress provide during registration to confirm receipt of your request and inform you that your request will be processed.
Incomplete request will not be considered.

  • Step 2: Requests processing.
  • Step 3: An email will be sent confirming approval, temporary refusal or permanent denial of your accreditation request.
Additional information:
  • No accreditation will be issued for Friday October 3rd
  • Drones are forbidden during the event

  • Please note that only applications from photographers accredited by a media outlet will be considered. Freelance photographers not attached to an editorial staff are asked not to apply.

Terms and conditions

Accreditation is strictly personal and nominative, and must not be transferred to a third party without a signed authorization.

The organizer reserves the right to revoke any accreditation, at their discretion and with immediate effect, in the event of any behavior by the holder that does not comply with the event regulations.
