Media accreditation (except TV/video)
Hello and welcome to the media accreditation platform of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.
We thank you for your interest in covering the 24 Heures Motos 2025, which will take place on 17 and 20 April.
Accreditation requests can be made directly and exclusively online on this website until Monday 30 March at 23:59, deadline.
Each request must be individual and personalized.
Please note: 2025 FIM EWC permanent passes are valid for the event.
Permanent photographers who have a FIM EWC tabard must read and sign the briefing of 24 Heures Motos from the hostesses in the media centre.
These rules also apply to the permanent FIM Side Car passes.
However, permanent pass holders must collect their 24 Hours Motos parking at the Accreditation Centre.

Team photographers not holding a 2025 FIM EWC permanent pass have to apply for accreditation via this form.
TV / VIDEOS
For all requests for video footage, you must contact the Warner Bros Discovery TV Rights Department: ousmane.sakira@wbd.com / paula.dequidt@wbd.com
Here are the steps to follow:
- Fill in the accreditation form in full.
- Attach a letter of assignment. The editorial office or agency must provide a letter of assignment on be half of each person to be accredited on the media's letter head, describing the activity and indicating the name of the journalist/ photographer who will cover the 24 Heures Motos. If you are a freelance journalist or photographer, you must be commissioned by an official media, partner, team.
- For photographers, in addition to the assignment letter, professional liability insurance of photographer to cover mass circuit events is imperative.
Steps in theaccreditation procedure :
Application complete, finished and registered. This online registration is not a confirmation of accreditation.
An automatic email will be sent to the address provided during theregistration process to confirm receipt of your application and inform you that the application will be processed. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Sending of an email confirming or temporarily or permanently refusing the application for accreditation - from 3rd April.

Tabards
In order to obtain a chasuble, photographers must sign and return the photographers' briefing sent before the event (please make sure you receive the press team's communication in your spam folder). The Pitlane or Track chasuble is not granted automatically and remains at the discretion of the ACO press service. Pitlane chasubles will be available in very limited numbers. Professional insurance for mass events is compulsory for the allocation of the chasuble. The chasubles will be given to the "FIM EWC permanent pass" photographers after they have signed the obligatory briefing.
Scooter
Scooter passes with access to safety lanes are very limited and can be requested in advance in your accreditation application or by email accreditations.presse@lemans.org. They are allocated at the discretion of the ACO press service.
Media shuttles are available for those wearing tabards.
Pre-Test
The Pre-Test of the 24 Heures Motos will be held on 1 and 2 April 2025. You can apply for accreditation until 19 March at 23:59, deadline on the following link : Registration form
PRM Parking
