24 HEURES MOTOS 2026

Media accreditation (except TV/video)

Hello and welcome to the media accreditation platform of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.

We thank you for your interest in covering the 24 Heures Motos 2026, which will take place on 16 and 19 April.

Accreditation requests can be made directly and exclusively online on this website until Monday 30 March at 23:59, deadline.

Each request must be individual and personalized.

PERMANENTS PASS

2026 FIM EWC permanent passes are valid for the event. 

Permanent photographers who receive a FIM EWC tabard must read and return the signed 24 Hours of Motos briefing to the reception staff in the press room.
However, holders of permanent passes must collect their ‘24 Heures Motos’ parking pass from the accreditation centre, provided that the request was made by 1st April at the latest to accreditations.presse@lemans.org.

Photographers and journalists wishing to apply for an EWC pass should apply to Thomas Morsellino : media@fimewc.com

Team photographers not holding a 2026 FIM EWC permanent pass have to apply for accreditation via this form.

TV / VIDEOS

For all requests for video footage, you must contact the Warner Bros Discovery TV Rights Department: paula.dequidt@wbd.com

Here are the steps to follow to create your request: 

1. Fill in the accreditation form in full.
   
   
2. Attach a letter of assignment: The editorial team, team, driver, partner or agency must provide you with a letter of assignment on behalf of each person to be accredited on the media's letterhead, describing the activity and indicating the name of the journalist/photographer covering the 24 Hours Motos. If you are a freelance journalist or photographer, you must be commissioned by a media outlet, team or official partner.

 For photographers, in addition to the letter of engagement, it is essential to provide professional civil liability insurance to cover ‘mass events on circuits’.

 Steps in theaccreditation procedure :

1 - Application complete, finished and registered. This online registration is not a confirmation of accreditation.

      An automatic email will be sent to the address provided during the registration process to confirm receipt of your application and inform you that the application will be processed. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

2-   3 - Sending of an email confirming or temporarily or permanently refusing the application for accreditation - from 1st April.

Additional information :

Tabards
In order to obtain a chasuble, photographers must return the signed photographer briefing sent before the event (please check your spam folder to ensure you have received the communication from the press team). Pitlane or Track tabard are not automatically granted and remain at the discretion of the ACO press office. Pitlane tabard will be available in very limited numbers. Professional ‘mass event’ insurance is mandatory for the allocation of tabard. Tabard will be given to all photographers after they have signed the mandatory briefing.

Scooter
Scooter passes with access to safety lanes are very limited and can be requested in advance in your accreditation application or by email accreditations.presse@lemans.org. They are allocated at the discretion of the ACO press service.

Media shuttles are available for those wearing tabards.

Pre-Test
The Pre-Test of the 24 Heures Motos will be held on 31 March and 1st April 2026.
